Just thought I’d share a quick few from a little one I got to meet at just a mere 7 days old. It’s amazing how much they grow & change in such a short time. Declan’s parents can certainly attest to that. In the blink of an eye the little someone they’ve waited for & longed for is here, a part of their every day lives, moving to the beat of his own drum, yet fitting in seamlessly with their family. Just as it should be.

Thought I would include some of mom’s favorites.

Isn’t she just darling … I have so many more of her to share. I absolutely cannot wait. She has so much personality. I absolutely loved photographing her. I know it’s been mentioned before, but there is definitely some sort of baby boom happening in Fairbanks these days; I’m lovin’ it! I can’t wait to photograph all these beautiful little ones. Each baby is so different. I love seeing how they complete their families, in the tiniest of ways.

Her mommy came to me as a referral from a friend (who was referred by another friend; we met at a BBQ party last summer – so funny how it all comes full circle). I am so grateful for my clients, their friends & the little blessings they bring into this world. Can’t wait to show you guys more!

Expectant Moms ~ Cute Newborns Needed.

Sometimes, as an artist, I get my mind focused on an idea. I think about it. I plan it in my head. I think about it some more. Then re-visit those ideas & further ‘re-plan’.

And well, I have to be honest about artistic endeavors … they can be all-consuming ;) . So, I have to complete this little project… it has to go from conception to birth. Kind of ironic, don’tcha think ;)

To complete this project, I need some help. I’m looking for two expecting moms that are due NOW or in early May. That’s right, you could literally be having your baby today or tomorrow. Or they could be here within the week!

I would love to do a quick shoot of your newborn (boy or girl … or … twins?). This is mostly just for me and the artistic project I’m trying to complete.

Please contact me if you are interested! Include your name, your due date (or your baby’s birthdate if she/he was already born) and why you would like your baby to be a part of this project. I will explain further details for the babies & mamas who are chosen.
